Chimichurri (Smooth Blender Version)
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh parsley, loosely packed (about 55–60 g)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon (about 1 tbsp / 15 g)
- 2 large garlic cloves (about 8 g)
- ½ shallot, roughly chopped (about 20 g / ~2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Chef Dust – The Original (about 3 g)
- 2 tsp sherry vinegar (about 10 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (about 15 g)
- ½ tsp kosher salt (about 3 g)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (about 1 g)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a small blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt or acid if needed.
